“I had such a great experience with Average Joe! The screen on my MacBook broke and would no longer display anything. I first contacted another repair place in Athens that is part of a chain, and they said it would be $428 for a refurbished (used) screen and it would take 2-3 weeks to do the repair. I then contacted Average Joe online, and within an hour they let me know that they had a new screen in stock for $499 in the rose gold that matches my MacBook and they could do the repair same day. I dropped it off that afternoon, and it was ready for pickup 2 hours later. So whereas the other place would have taken 2-3 weeks, Average Joe took 2 hours. It now works great and I was spared from having to buy a new $1,300 device. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I have the misfortune of another broken device.“
