After three months of struggle we finally had the roof ready for shingles for a new construction SFH in Elberton Georgia.
MLW came highly recommended by the outfit where the owner purchased the shingles.
They came a nd provided a detailed estimate for the labor to install the roof which was VERY reasonable - such that I told the owner to jump on it ASAP to get on their schedule.

All went well. Crew was friendly as well as supervisor.. a pleasure to work with. My only concern was there were nails that had fallen to the ground. I had to pick them up and buy a yard magnet to make sure all nails were gone. Fortunately I noticed the nails before I drove my Polaris.
MLW did an excellent job on our kitchen and laundry room reno, as well as our new roof and gutters. Marty and Laura helped us completely transform the space, and Josh made sure everything was done on time, on budget, and with a high attention to detail. He kept us informed every step of the way, and he and Marty were very responsive throughout the work. We had a few unexpected issues crop up and Marty went above and beyond to help us resolve them - even though they were not part of our project with MLW. We absolutely would use them again and highly recommend them!
