Was hesitant but I got hooked up with a great therapist that I am comfortable with and helps me navigate difficult areas in my life. I got referred through my Kaiser insurance and am so happy that I am connected to such a reliable company.
Kimberly Roth is a hidden treasure of Lifestance. She listens carefully, offers constructive feedback, and builds you up, doesn't tear you down. You leave her sessions feeling better than when you came in. You leave feeling empowered, not chastised. You leave feeling heard, not lectured. These people are on top of their game. If you miss a day they contact you to see if you’re ok. If you have a high or low reading they contact you immediately. Great program and great staff.
