I booked my appointment about a month in advance, but due to my oversight, I saw that she required a deposit. I messaged her letting her know and she still took me.Never judge a book by its cover. I was a little skeptical about this place because it’s right off a road that looks like an area for industrial purposes. No disrespect, but I felt like I was going to one of those hole-in-the-wall places. I arrived about 15 minutes early and Drena arrived 10 minutes early. PROFESSIONAL. Man, when I say Fredrena came thru she came thru! I called with a 911 situation for my daughter's hair (a section was super matted almost a dread patch ). She didn't judge me or make me feel worse about the situation, instead she heard me out and gathered my information said give her a few minutes. She called me back promptly with a plan of attack.I believe it was Tanah that serviced my baby girl today. Not only was she a miracle worker with my daughter's untamed mane, she is a wizard dealing with children.
