My experience overall was excellent and name of my tax person (Charles dyer ) location Athens georgia and allso didn't even have appointment Mr. Charles dyer worked me in this was not planned I was in the area and had plans to do them it library by one of the athens library tax service they were offering free and that service Athens ga library they were offering was very poor serice not advertised right so that's how I ended up at Jackson Hewitt tax service I went on line and got number and called and got Charles dyer Athens georgia office tax person answered phone and Sayed not bussiey if in the area that I was to come in and I Charles dyer will be very... read full review

I had an excellent experience at Jackson Hewitt, my representative Charles was very through and a pleasure to work with. He got me the best refund he could and, refunds are always a pleasant experience.
