Heavenly Designs is an extremely well-managed business. Their space was neat and inviting. Ebony was punctual and kind. I felt respected as a customer and was pleased with my retwist and two strands. I’d recommend Heavenly Designs and Ebony for all your hair needs!

I visited Heavenly Designs by Ebony during my temporary stay in Athens. I have very thick hair even though it is relaxed. Ebony thoroughly washed, blew out, and curled my hair within an hour. She did a fabulous job! My hair felt silky and hydrated. I phoned Ebony the first week I needed a wash at the last minute, because I was in Athens caring for my mom , which was unexpected. Ebony checked her schedule and returned my call the next day to fit me into her busy schedule. I returned the next week without hesitation. This was the best loc retwist experience since I’ve been in Athens, Ga. I have a lot of locs but she had me out so quickly. As well as gave me the perfect two strand twist by combining four of my locs together.From beginning to end, I was so comfortable in her shop. I even ended up falling asleep and she still continued to do a retwist. My hair looked great, I felt great, and I would recommend anyone with locs to go here!
