Fred's Historic Properties has been one of the best landlords I could have ever asked for! they always help me if I have an issue with my apartment in a very timely manner AND go above and beyond to help come up with solutions for rental concerns. Brooke and Lisa are GREAT and if you want a property that cares about their tenants RENT FROM FRED'S!

The girls at the office, straight slay. For real though, they are super helpful whenever there is a problem. Second year living at Fred's, and I won't lie, there's issues sometimes like there are with any property, but the staff is quick to make things right. Also, they get a bad rep sometimes because 90 percent of their tenants are kids who just moved out of their parents and have no idea what it means to rent and take care of a place. Yeah you probably won't get your whole security deposit back unless you leave the place exactly as you found it, which is hard, but that's part of renting and it's going to be the same everywhere else. Have loved my experience living downtown with Fred's. 10/10 Would recommend.
