The staff was amazing! Check in was easy followed by an initial eye evaluation prior to seeing the doctor with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member! Dr Nyugen was very informative and helpful. Overall great experience!

My wife and I went to LensCrafters right after her cataract surgery to get a clear lense cut where her previous lense was no longer indicated with the first of two surgeries. The entire staff at LensCrafter's in Athens, GA welcomed us with enthusiasm and the desire to help us immediately with our time sensitive request. They were prompt, accountable and professional. Her new clear lense was cut to the exact specifications of the frame, and she was good to go within an hour. It was an effortless and very pleasant experience.
