Josh is great! We listed our previous home and it went under contract within 8 hours of hitting the market. Josh worked hard to ensure the house closed, and he even worked on a separate deal (our house was contingent on this house selling) to make sure it closed so that ours would! He helped us buy our current residence too. He’s very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He does what ever it takes to make sure the deal closes.
