I called in a panic after my dog was sick all night and I unfortunately slept thru it. We have a brand new house so you can imagine my devastation when I woke up to such a mess on our floors - carpeting, rugs and wood floors.
When I called at 8am someone promptly answered the phone and assured me I had called the right place and they’d be able to get it good as new.
Matt called me and updated me on his arrival time. He arrived promptly and ready to tackle the disaster. He had a positive attitude and also assured me he could handle the shitty situation, ha. He got straight to work.
Fantastic!!! After having a botch job from another company that was obviously inexperienced and unequipped ( leaving my carpet almost soaking wet) Matt was able to help me day of! If he hadn’t have helped me, I would have probably had to replace everything. Amazing customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. This company truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Matt at CertaClean. He was very responsive, and getting on the schedule was a breeze. He provided up front and reasonable pricing, and WOW did he do an incredible job. Great value for their services- I’m so happy we chose this company. He was incredibly thorough in treating old pet stains from the previous homeowner, and more recent accidents from our pets. He even was able to get a coffee stain out of our velvet sofa while he was here. He completely eradicated the smell from our “pet room” and we will absolutely be using his services in the future!
