Trace was wonderful to work with. Understanding and helpful. We were first time buyers and Trace worked with us through multiple offers and complicated situations. We thought we knew what we were in for, but Trace was very helpful in filling the gaps in our knowledge. We are happy buyers!

I cannot recommend dealing with this team enough! Homebuying is stressful enough, but Trace made it easy to tour and view houses in a timely manner, and was infinitely patient. I am so glad that I worked with him and his team.

I could never express how happy I am with Bryan Bufford, Trace Colton, andKristian Chamberlain and how they handled the sale of my house and the purchase of the house for my granddaughter. They are all very professional but treated me like I was a family member!???
