I had my eyebrows threaded here for the first time. I was so used to getting them waxed so it was a little painful but they look so much healthier and better than before. They last longer as well! I am so glad that I decided to try Brows21 ! I definitely recommend them 10/10 !!!
I did a walk in on a Wednesday as a new customer. The establishment was clean and lit well. I had my brows threaded reasonable price. She did a great job and I got many compliments and questioned as to where they were done at!
The staff was nice and polite. She greeted every person who entered her shop. She made me feel comfortable and explained the eyebrow tinting process in detail. I was pleased with the outcome. I will return.
