they could actually do the job! they charged us $475 to clean out a clog in our drain. they got a little water to go down, but never tried snaking our toilets. after the huge amount they charged, there was no clog cleaned out! we finally got a plumber out here who only charged us $120 to do the entire job and they completed it in under an hour! I highly recommend that you speak to Parker at affordable plumbers! unfortunately, I did not have a receipt from advanced because they insisted we pay by check. the reason for that is, if you charge on your charge card, you can stop the payment. these guys at Advanced never snaked our toilets and they never cleaned the clog. if you have a septic tank, do not use Charmin. it was a toilet paper blockage. which affordable Plumbing had the clog cleared in less than an hour. had we had advanced Plumbing receipt, he was not going to charge us cuz he said we got scammed. he also said he's never heard of advanced! I called about 10 other plumbers to get one in here to help us, and not a single one of them has heard of advanced. we had to call Tom's Plumbing to get connected with Advanced Plumbing. unless you're willing to pay a fortune for their services, and also don't mind them not fixing the problem, this is the company for you. at first, Christy was very kind on the phone. but later that day when everything backed up again because it was never cleared, I called her back. all of the sudden, Christie's kindness turned to bitter resentment and anger towards us for accusing them of not clearing the clog. as nature would have it, the clog they claimed to have cleaned out, was just a slow drip on the septic lines which allowed the drains to go down during the time they were here! they said they would charge $600 plus to come back out and try to clean it again. they told us our pipes didn't have a proper air vent in them, and it would be $180 to install three air vents that they claimed we did not have. of course we already had everything vented! and they were going to charge $100 to remove a toilet to snake from there. a job which my husband did in under 5 minutes. call Affordable Plumbing! or anyone else for that matter! unless you just want to spend money for nothing, then I recommend you call Advanced. they will happily do nothing, claim to have removed the clog, and charge you an arm and a leg! and the friendly Christy I spoke to the first time, well that is just a front. if you call her back for anything regarding the Plumber's work, the instant evil comes out! DO NOT CALL THEM!
