First off, these guys care. It was cold outside and I had to have a new unit, they expedited my install and even stayed til after 6:30 to make sure everything was right. Their pricing has always been competitive, and I've always felt like I've gotten the better end of the deal. I am lucky to have Preferred right here in my home town.
