“My AC went out late on 27 Aug. After-hours as always. I decided to call a service and leave message for the next morning but actually go hold of a very nice lady. She asked if I need someone to come out tonight. Said yes, willing to pay the extra fee, because it was 89 degrees in the house. About an hour later a nice young man showed up. Ever since we moved in we have not been able to run our AC below 70. But the young man found the problem. The fan blades in the unit were in wrong. He put in new blades the correct way and some freon. As long as we have lived here and had our unit service no one ever said the units blades were installed backwards. After he left the AC was working and putting out cooler air than ever before. It has not frozen up and we can put our temperature below 70. It was somewhat expensive but not as expensive of a new unit. We are very happy with the service from Truman's and can't say enough about how they helped us. If you need repair if your AC you can't beat Truman's. They are great. The young man was here until 11 pm. Thanks you Trumans for you excellent customer service and repair. Harriet Woodyad
