I had an issue with my Friday afternoon new toilet installation. When I called early Saturday morning to report it I spoke to April. She took immediate action, and sent Jerry quickly. We all know that in life things don't always go perfectly. It's so refreshing to know that when there is a problem, Palm Springs Plumbing drops everything and addresses the issue immediately. Everyone I dealt with was kind, courteous and understanding. My husband passed a few weeks ago and to say it's been overwhelming is an understatement. Miles David and David came late in the afternoon to a tricky difficult to access leak (frozen pipe rupture) and worked into the evening till the job was complete and leak free. Cleaned up well and were very friendly. Highly recommend them

They were quick and accommodating after we had a plumbing emergency. We appreciated their willingness to squeeze us in. Their work was excellent! Would definitely use again for any plumbing needs.
