This was by far the most painLESS waxing process I have ever experienced. ? Macie is a professional whose easy conversation helped me feel at ease. Super fast, but not rushed. You receive a little care pack when you leave w a cute wash glove & soothing serum. ? I highly recommend Waxing The City! ?

HIGHLY recommend Lizzy-she's so kind and thorough and always made me feel welcomed and comfortable. some waxes can make you feel a little ✨exposed✨ but i never felt uncomfortable or insecure around Lizzy. she made sure to tweeze any leftover bits (some places neglect this part) and really took her time!
the front desk employees were always nice and welcoming. there were a few times they were busy, but they were always apologetic if there was a wait time.
im moving 3+ states away and wont be able to visit this location anymore. i'll miss you WTC :(

The place was inviting. Ambiance was plush, the Sample bar was delightful.... I followed Vanessa from Decatur and I am glad I did. She's the best ever I've tried (3), 2 die to her not being available and me not wanting to wait. I regretted it both times. Where she goes I go. Thank you Vanessa.
