MJ and Johana are the perfect example of true customer service! I came in to inquire about some new glasses with my new prescription and felt unsure about the options, not only the technician worked with me to find the best frames for me, MJ was super friendly and patient! Wow what an experience! I will definitely come back to this store specifically to see them both.
Dr. Barrows is amazing!! I went for eye checkup and ordering first time ever contact lenses, Dr. Explained everything in detail and provided necessary guidance for handling contact lenses. Also, front desk optician was great in assisting and providing options for different type of glasses and contact lenses. Highly recommend this place, comparatively fairly priced too.
The eye doctor was amazing with my child. Very detailed, patient, and thorough. The glasses technicians were very patient and informative. Our glasses came in about 5-7 days. I would definitely recommend this location.
