I first must say thank you to my beautiful daughter Gabby who is an employee for this wonderful Mother’s Day gift. I loved it. Larisa was amazing. She explained each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
Lexi was fantastic! Listened to where I needed extra attention and really tailored my massage to provide the greatest impact and relaxation! Woodhouse as always was beautiful and clean!
There was one person to check us in upon arrival. She was overwhelmed and was trying to hurry us along. Also, you should never ask if the guest has been there before. You should have a sophisticated enough CRM to know ahead of time if a guest has been there before. Would be nice to hear “welcome back” upon check in. Attendant then took me and another guest (that was a stranger) to get robes and shoes. Awkward. Then attendant said “I don’t know how to work the lockers”. Luckily, as a repeat guest, I knew how.
Attendant did ask what I wanted to drink and brought it to me with the wrong name tag.
