PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCMENT! This business engages in UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES, THEFT by DECEPTION, AND FRAUD, they also employ unlicensed, and possibly undocumented male technician's, with no accredited experience in an attempt to make a profit. The equipment (massage chairs) were dirty, leftover debris from previous customers, such as nail clippings, dust and dirt build up, the towels used were disgustingly stained with false nails glued to it. The technicain, DAVID, skipped many steps in my pedi/mani service, including, no cuticle grooming, no lotion or oil applied to my feet before or after applying the nail color,( i requested twice) the water was extremely cold, I had to request more than once for warm water. David took short cuts when providing my manicure, he used the drill to remove regular nail color instead of using nail color remover. I am natural so it makes a difference, he also skipped the hot towel step. Upon entering I requested a regular pedi and mani, I brought my own nail color for my toes and requested no color for my nails. Simple request. I also felt I was treated differently than the other two female customers, the difference between me and the other two female customers, my skin color, African American. I noticed that after the sub-par services came to an end, I went to the ladies' room, David followed me to the back. I found this bizarre and uncomfortable, the next issue I found was unfair was I opted not to get ANY nail color on my nails but asked for my nails to be buffed instead, once I got to the register to pay a female attached a surprise $5 charge to my bill, I asked for an explanation was told she charged me $5 for buffing my nails. ARE YOU SERIOUS, their service menu clearly states buffing is included for regular manicures. She removed the $5 fee. I I DO NOT RECOMMEND GLAMOUR NAILS AND SPA, until they may public a true and organic certification for each and every technician.

She is the best lash artist out there! I had my fill 3 1/2 weeks ago and they still look great! I get so many compliments! She has an amazing personality and love how I can vent to her about life!
