Eek, me thinks not!!! Sungard is a scam. Their contracts include hidden auto-renew clauses that are for five years that none of their employees want to discuss. They claim to have million dollar computers, but refuse to honor your contract if you have the slightest change in your configuration of a 50,000 computer, unless, YOU EXTEND THE CONTRACT AGAIN.... Dont let anyone at Sungard Recovery Services fool you into a Sungard agreement of any kind. The only recovery you will ever see is when your contract terminates, if it ever does... read full review
