Guys, if you are a first time home buyer and you’re completely lost with the process please give Kelley Wagner a call. I have never worked with someone so transparent and detailed oriented like her. She was able to get me an interest rate of 5.875% on my mortgage at the time when most were giving me between 6%-6.5%. That’s unheard of in this market anymore.
