Tim is a hidden gem. He is very knowledgeable, solutions and detail oriented. I was in a difficult situation when my apt meter from the 1980s blew out in the middle of winter, we had to involve three different entities including GA Power, Fulton County and my HOA to navigate through these. We had a lot up against us to find the right fix for an archaic meter, the winter and the different municipalities. Tim is great at what he does. He has fixed many of the mistakes that were made when our house was built. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in what he does. My husband and I greatly appreciate that he will also answer all the questions that my kids may have.
