I brought my 4 1/2-year-old goldendoodle retriever here yesterday for a first time bath and haircut and honestly it is one of the best haircuts he has ever had. I had him go to the same groomer for the first three years of his life, and then we moved to Georgia, and the groomer he was seeing previously in Georgia, was always incredibly rude, and told me that he had too long of a coat for her to groom, and that he was prone to mattes, which I know. So this care really intrigued me because he will get a bath once a month which I hope will help with the upkeep based on his hair texture. I spoke with Cody on the phone prior to the appointment and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in making the appointment and the employees that were there the day of his bath were also very kind. I did the “Shaggy Mag” haircut for him, and he looks incredible, he is so clean, and he was not agitated or distressed at all, which he has been in the past after the groomer. I’m so excited that this kind of care exists. I think it is very reasonably priced, I am accustomed to paying upwards of $200 for my dogs coat so $30 a month and an additional $90 for a haircut every 6 months is nothing to bark at. Will absolutely be returning!
