So this company is in cahoots with Sotheby's and god knows what other realtors in Atlanta to manipulate home buyers into believing that the roof on the home is in good condition. I believe through my experience with them that they accept a payment from the agents when they represent sellers that know their roofs are going to be an issue in inspection and then counter those reports by claiming they're wrong. Nothing honest at all about these scammers. They also work under the label of CEDAR WORKS. Total con-artists. Marc. Brandi. The entire lot of them.
