I love the software although I wasn’t haven’t much love near the end of last year and the beginning of this year. I know they were trying to get things back up to speed after COVID so I can image the turmoil as all businesses were rushing to get back to normal. I know we were. Also, during this getting back to normal thing, Worldpay decides to tell all their customers they are switching the credit card processing to a new platform by a certain date. After a about month of dealing with Worldpay and the switch, I decided to switch our credit card processing instead to Bluefin which turned out great. They too are integrated with SalonTouch and it went pretty smooth and quick. For how big of a company Worldpay is, I would have thought they would have prepared their customers better for the transition.
