Kency is customer service was beyond the best. He was very respectful to the house, cares about your safety, and works hard at his job. Recommend him anytime to fixed my water tanks. Thanks again!
After time constraints Kency cane through in the clutch and fixed what I needed in a timely fashion. Also had a funny story about a leprechaun that we laughed about. If Kency comes to service you ask him about the leprechaun!
Roger was great. The only thing lacking was the price for repair, but I was responsible for the initial leak so it somewhat makes sense.
Also, Roger knew the plumbing costs were expensive and told me verbatim how to address the rest of the issues with $20 at Home Depot. Now, my master toilet is working like new and I'll probably be calling RotoRooter for my shower valve replacements in the near future to get rid of these outdated crystal knobs in my showers.
