She is patient and gentle on their hair. She listens to the parent and she makes sure the parent is aware of everything she is doing. Growth and health on a child’s hair is important to Chavon.“

She then contacted me and explained why she recommended a different product other than what I had ordered. She was so precise in her explanation that I decided to take her recommendation.
