Hi my name is Frank C. Firstly, I want to say that Haley, Miranda, Megan are terrific management and support staff members. They are genuinely customer-centric. I can see the professionalism not only on how they treat their customers, but also on how they train the new joiners to the support staff. They are helpful, friendly, cheerful, upbeat, pleasant, kind, and best of all have a great sense of humor. They are very knowledgeable with all the products and are always advising what product is best for me in the spray tan booth. I've been coming here for a while the place is always clean but the main reason I'm writing this review is to let you know what a gem you have in one of your Associates. I firmly believe in giving credit when credit is due and Haley is awesome! All the staff overall is nice but Haley goes above and beyond she is so pleasant, friendly, and welcoming.. Some people can be a little dry but her customer service is on point! Makes for a great experience every timeService: Tanning

I purchased a three visit package recently. Kayla helped me and was great.She apparently overcharged me. When I went back she brought it to my attention and had already given me a credit. I really appreciate her honesty and apologized for her mistake. We need more people like her and wish her the best. Thank you Kayla. Your awesome!
