So impressed with the level of service provided by David! I truly appreciated a visit on Sunday to assist in diagnosing my AC issue on a unit that is only 2 years old. David was thorough in explaining how the system works and his plan to identify the issue - in this case a process of elimination. His concern to first identify the problem and then address corrective action and possible options made the experience las positive as can be when your AC isn’t working properly! Great customer service and highly recommend!
The tech came out, diagnosed my problem, gave me my options, and didn't try to upsell me on any addition services like some other companies do. That is what I consider a great experience.
I began using Neese when the air at our restaurant unexpectedly went out. Unfortunately, our system required additional visits. Each I have called, a technician was present within a few hours. The office staff and technicians have gone out of their way to communicate next steps, make repairs, provide servicing, and reduce our down time. Highly recommend!
