We wanted to thank Milend, especially, Migle Ribaciauskaite, for her professionalism, caring, helpfulness, and knowledgeable service during our cash-out refinance process. Migle made it an enjoyable, stress-free process. She was with us every step of the way. She was in constant contact with us. I would recommend her to everyone who does business Milend.

I initailly thought the company was pulling a bait and switch but after a complaint online the VP called me and explained the process and was super accomodating. I eventually decided to accept a low interest loan from them and he was super helpful and completely changed my opinion so I adjusted my rating accordinly..Thanks

Originally I called about a check that MILend sent me. I spoke with Chelsea who was kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She gave me options that would even work better for the situation that I had. The process was smooth and quick. I paid nothing up front out of pocket. Now my outlook is in a better place. I have to thank Chelsea and her team of Lauren and Jacqueline for all their help. 5 stars!!
