Miguel has made my homebuying process flawless from day 1!! I was referred to Miguel by a friend and told that he was the guy that delivers and gets it done….and my friend was absolutely right!!!Not only was Miguel punctual and Efficient with showing me several listings, he was also extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me his professional opinion on things he saw in the homes during our viewings. He was able to negotiate and get my offer accepted by not only one, but two sellers. I absolutely recommend Miguel to anyone searching for a home and especially for first time home buyers.

I just wanted to leave a review for our Coldwell Agent Rita Lewis. I recently got relocated for my job from Ohio to Georgia and Rita was referred by our relocation company. I could not have been more pleased with the recommendation. Beyond being sweet, kind and pro-active, Rita is a go-getter which is what we look for in a Realtor. She takes her business seriously & stayed on top of absolutely everything. She gets back to you immediately, has numbers to call for anything you need and really takes her time to make sure you understand all matters and again we could not have been more pleased. I would highly highly recommend her if you are in need of a real estate agent to either buy or sell your property. We without a doubt will be using her & referring all friends or co-workers that may be moving down to the Atlanta area. She made the whole relocation/house buying experience a breeze.
