I have been shopping EXCLUSIVELY at Crabapple Kroger since it opened, which is over 30+ years. Recently my disabled veteran husband was diagnosed with inoperable cancer & I need back surgery, making it necessary to order groceries because I can no longer shop in person. The last four times I've done this have been disasterous. Each time, we have had to wait over 30 minutes in the parking lot to get my groceries, forcing me to go inside to find out what was wrong, which was extremely painful. Yesterday I went to pick up my groceries & their app stopped working for me in their parking lot, so when Joseph came out to another car that arrived after me, i told him who I was & explained that the Kroger app put me in store mode, so I couldn't let them know I had arrived. After that, Joseph took care of three other cars that arrived AFTER me. I called corporate & told them they had lost not my business at that store but at every Kroger because when I told Joseph I wouldn't be back, he said, "Good!" What he doesn't know is that I had been trying to get him more help after each attempted pickup, I had called Kroger to tell than that he needed help & that they should reconsider this service if they couldn't do it well. That's all. I don't be back to that store or any other Kroger ever again because you trampled on my loyalty like I was nothing but a profit! So much for customer service in Trumpistain. Glad y'all made your record profits, but you'll be getting nothing else from me! Angel Fortenberry

The digital coupons NEVER work properly and are a source of great frustration and irritation. This store needs to work on "hospitality" and "customer service" since the Front End Supervisors are nasty! Pray you do not need any help............they are the worst at trying to resolve issues. Publix..........here I come.

I am trying to find at least a few positive things to say. The beer and wine selection and flower area are at par and they carry a lot of brands in the center aisles. Produce is horrible. Worst in all of Metro Atlanta...Dollar General has better produce. Meat and seafood are awful. The way the store is organized is terrible. Deli is rarely staffed and generally unhelpful. Checkout - usually must do self checkout after 6 pm which is tough if you have a full cart. I try not to go here unless I have to pick up a few canned or boxed goods.
