I've been looking for my dream house with many realtors in the past. Julia helped me sell my property in Alpharetta.It was a out of state property for me.When she reached to me to offer selling my property i was in the process of getting it fixed from a water damage.She helped me find a contractor who could fix that and also coordinated the repairs for me.Being out of state it was difficult for me to monitor the progress and she acted as my project manager and coordinated the repairs.Listed the property and it sold in 3 days.It was a pleasure working with a person like her who is ready to go extra mile to help the clients.I am glad choose her as my listing agent.
