Robert arrived on time, was efficient and polite. He was knowledgeable and explained what he had done, the result and made recommendations for system improvement. A very pleasant young man.
Jeremy came to the rescue. He has a fantastic demeanor. I really felt like we were discussing the well being of my household. I highly recommend Gagne, Jeremy, and their other technicians.
We remodeled our basement and decided to go with Gagne for the new HVAC instead of the GC's guy. Needless to say that was not what the GC wanted, but Gagne made sure we did not regret our decision. Despite the MANY hiccups they encountered (to no fault of their own), they did an amazing job making sure we got the system we needed to keep our whole home comfortable (they zoned the basement and main level) and made it work within the design of the new space.
