I went in for an office visit for a cleaning as a new patient on Saturday. The staff at Coast Dental were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Luke Wu took care of me. He was a great and knowledgeable dentist. As far as, finding the right dentist it was hard. I’m glad that I found the doctor who could take care of my needs. I had a few fill ins a few years ago with my old dentist and they kept breaking off and I was tired of wasting my time on doing that. However, the doctor suggested the crown and I hope that it will last for a lifetime. Overall a good experience except it took some time to be attended to. That’s the reason I kept one star to myself.The atmosphere was great, staff very professional, attentive, and friendly. I do not like hospitals and always anxious going, having friendly staff to ease the anxiety is always a plus.Cost - my goodness if cost of care is not a rip off. I went for a cleaning, well won’t be doing it after all cause I rather not go broke afterwards ? - i get it’s not the location or states fault but here goes another star.To be fair that’s the end of my commentary.Would I go back? So far in my adult life, this was the best experience I have had going to the dentist. The staff was very courteous and they made me feel welcome and made sure I was comfortable during my exam. The doctors were precise yet gentle. My teeth are happy. I highly recommend them !
