There is a lack of attention to design fundamentals in the cabinets we ordered for the kitchen. The spice rack was designed as an open cabinet, and the trash bin has a drawer on top, resulting in a lot of odor seeping into this drawer. It seems that the designers overlooked basic functionality and practicality.

Update 5/12: Project is all done. They came back and finished up the outstanding items. I give them a five for providing an additional 5% discount for delays, and because Mary Beth was really sweet even when their hair was on fire. Excellent customer service.Original review: I'm in the middle of a project. They installed my assembly and then left it incomplete, without hardware, glass, and trim. They have not commited to a finish date. I'll update the review and rating when they decide to update me.

If you want a bad experience you have come to the right place...1. Poor quality cabinetry that does not hold up well...2. Bad Engineering Countertop Cracked from lack of support...3. Bad installation lack of attention to details add up...4. Awful owner leads to awful customer service..5. Poor Aesthetics and design....6. High priced with zero value...If this sounds good to you go right ahead and hire them...They could care less about their customers, your home or the product they put out....
