Had a difficult time finding the Gainesville location even with GPS. Office located in a stand alone building on a back street. Building wasn't well marked. Had to see a NP or wait 2 months for an MD. Scheduled a procedure but will probably cancel.

I will be looking for another gastroenterologist. I had the first appointment of the the day; showed up early even! I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes and heard that the dr. wasn't there. Got into the room & finally 40 minutes in, she sashayed in very unprofessionally. NEVER APOLGIZED for wasting my time. That sealed the deal. This is not professional. Not only that, but the explanations I've been given regarding my condition are very confusing, and she basically let me talk my way through my care as if she didn't know what to direct me to do.

I had a procedure done on August 7, 2023, that I had done 4 times before, and since then I have been getting outrageous bills. going in I asked what it would cost me what my portion would be. They gave me the amount which I paid up front, now I keep getting really large bills from everyone involved. like I said I had these done before and I never had to pay a fraction of these amounts. the procedure was done my Sagar Garud MD. look for another company because, in my opinion they can not be trusted.
