Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Willing to answer any questions about the uncomfortable subjects. Went for my first colonoscopy so was a bit nervous, but they made me feel better about the overall process.

The ladies at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. The nurse and the PA I saw were wonderful. Just wasn’t a comfortable environment at the check in and check out areas

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was professional, welcoming, and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. I would like to specifically commend Ms. Mariela and her team; their friendly demeanor and clear commitment to excellent customer service made a significant difference in my visit.
