Be Aware! I requested a service because my dishwasher doesn't drain after a cycle. However, when I cancel the cycle it drains. So they came to check it very fast, but the service was a scam. The technician just checked the dishwasher
but barely took it apart. Then said the pump is not working and gave an estimate. Which was the half price of the dishwasher price.
So I requested another service with another company because I didn't think that the pump is malfunctioning. The second company quickly took apart the dishwasher and perfectly cleaned the tubes. They never mentioned the pump is not working. And guess what? The dishwasher is working perfectly without a pump...read full review

horrible, unprofessional, rip off artist if you wanna pay a fee to have them come out and give you an absorbent price that's more than anybody else. This is your appliance company.

The WORSE the absolute WORSE repair company! Apparently Marjorie that works in Dispatch doesn't know how to schedule as this is the second time that a technician came out to repair my washer that has been out of commission for 45 days. Each time the tech comes out either he doesn't have a part or the part was ordered and they will schedule. The technician shows up to my home after 9pm since I was waiting on my repair window that was scheduled that morning. I called 9 times in the last 3 weeks and not one person calls back nor follow up.
