My old Whirlpool side by side refrigerator/freezer quit working on Saturday afternoon. I called Nick first thing Monday morning and he was at my house that afternoon to diagnose the problem. He got the needed part and was back at 9 am Tuesday and we were back in business. He is quick to respond, he communicates with you about your appt. and his arrival, he arrives on time, he's professional and knowledgeable when he is here, and he's reasonably priced. This was the 3rd time I have used his services and I've been extremely pleased every time.

I highly recommend Nick for any and all repairs you need to get done on your appliances. I had an awful experience with another company which prompted my call to Nick. He came within a couple of hours of my call. He took a lot of time to troubleshoot my washer & figure out what the issue was. I guarantee other companies would not have dug as deep as Nick did to find where the problem was and I would have ended up buying a new machine!
