Today I had the pleasure of dealing with a young man that is probably one of the best tow truck drivers I have ever dealt with. He was very fast, professional, efficient, clean cut, and very respectful. He did a great job and put the car exactly where we wanted it with no trouble whatsoever. Ashton from Wheel Lift #1 on 10/2 was really great. He was assigned to me through AAA. AAA had given him an incorrect phone number and location. But he was patient and because he waited around a bit, I was able to locate him. He was able to restart my battery in a jiffy. I really appreciate his assistance and professionalism. He along with many other tow truck drivers are very important to us drivers! ; )

Great service. The driver informed about the time of arrival and arrived on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue and was able to start the car avoiding the towing costs. The owner provided the timely and honest information about the service call to the repair shop that enabled to receive the repair required. I am very satisfied and highly recommend to use in time of a need of an on road assistance.
