Today I had the pleasure of dealing with a young man that is probably one of the best tow truck drivers I have ever dealt with. He was very fast, professional, efficient, clean cut, and very respectful. He did a great job and put the car exactly where we wanted it with no trouble whatsoever. Ashton from Wheel Lift #1 on 10/2 was really great. He was assigned to me through AAA. AAA had given him an incorrect phone number and location. But he was patient and because he waited around a bit, I was able to locate him. He was able to restart my battery in a jiffy. I really appreciate his assistance and professionalism. He along with many other tow truck drivers are very important to us drivers! ; )
Transmission went in our truck in Sugar Hill and Jerry was there less then 20 minutes towed where it had to go in Jefferson. He was very professional will definitely recommend them again..
