They came to clean my carpet and when the left the carpet was literally soaked. I happened to run into the guy who cleaned my carpet at the convenience store and told him that my carpet was soaked and he said well it doesn’t dry instantly. It’ll take 3-5 hours to dry. They finished my carpet at 11:00AM and it’s not 7:05PM. My ceiling fans have been running all day and the carpet is still wet! To add to insult to injury, they’re not answering the phone now when I call. A waste of money and time. Now I’ll have to call someone else and pay them to come and extract all the water they left.Service: General carpet cleaning

Same day service Amen!!!! #supportblackbusiness Prompt and on time, very professional and diligent. Even helped move furniture piece I couldn't. Got a very dark smudge spot out also. I will defiantly use their service again, and I would positively recommend them to other people.
