Midway played in my entire face this year thru the whole entire process !!! Been with these ppl 3 years and the current Indian lady this is her 2nd time doing my taxes and still can’t get my name right or my email. Poor communication she lied to me multiple times with proof thru emails she still states that i put words in my mouth and refuses to let me speak to someone above her i never come with problems as long as communication is there but midway definitely played in my face with my time and money this tax season ima make sure to tell ppl not to do business here even if i have to stand at their new location to tell ppl not to go there .
