Midway played in my entire face this year thru the whole entire process !!! Been with these ppl 3 years and the current Indian lady this is her 2nd time doing my taxes and still can’t get my name right or my email. Poor communication she lied to me multiple times with proof thru emails she still states that i put words in my mouth and refuses to let me speak to someone above her i never come with problems as long as communication is there but midway definitely played in my face with my time and money this tax season ima make sure to tell ppl not to do business here even if i have to stand at their new location to tell ppl not to go there . Oh my where do i start i been with this company since they came to Albany GA. I have never had a problem with them and they send different employees every year. This year they sent ruth and oh my she has messed everybody up i even referred someone and she messed them up also. I dont think she wasn't ready to prepare our taxes and they are not doing a great job with keeping us posted about our refund either not even the head office in Atlanta.

They change their prices every year and this year carmon purdie charged me for a tax advance that I never got then she told me she will ask her boss to give me 200 dollars back but then told me if my refund is not.correct then give her a call and they will give me a check for $200. I contacted the corporate office via email because I was told that's the only way and someone would call me back but I never got a call from anyone and I was charged $1,000 for filing a regular tax return with w2s
