This young man was very kind, courteous and professional.<br>Originally, we contacted another locksmith, was told it would be about an hour before arrival and cost $75-$85 + a credit card percentage fee. We were fine with the terms, but after waiting over two hours and two more unanswered/unreturned phone calls to that locksmith, while sitting in a car outside the house in the extreme heat, we sought another's services.<br>The owner of SECURITY LOCKSMITH was very helpful and let us know that he would send someone in about ten minutes. The locksmith that arrived was the owner's son, the same young man referenced at the beginning of this review.
