I would recommend shopping in the store...but not get anything to be picked up on there website. I live in Washington State and my mom lives in Albany Georgia. I ordered a sweater for her for Christmas. I called to verify that it had arrived a day later than I was told. It was Christmas Eve. My niece went to pick it up for me. I was very hesitate to have my hair done at JCP SALON. I decided to give it a try anyway. I'm so glad I did. Jim was awesome! I have never been able to get anyone to do it like I wanted. Jim colored & cut it not letting me see it til the end! Finally Yes Jim I love it! I definitely recommend if u want color & style JIM is the answer!
