well i would like to give an actual review but for some reason they will not answer a phone period or give you a call back even though thats what they ask after the automated system puts you on hold for only 5 seconds and then you wait all day and never hear back

James built us a new computer and did an awesome job. He transferred all the programs and made it so easy to use.
