These people change the time they are suppose to come by, then show up late. Then a guy named Paul D., who claims to have been in the business for 50 years, and knows it all, tells me you can’t do this and you can’t do that and all with such an attitude. Now today because I asked them when I might get my estimate texts me saying they CANT do my kitchen and I need to find someone else! So, nope I do NOT RECOMMEND THE DO EVEN THE SIMPLEST RENO TO ANYTHING!

If you do business with this company just know that they are still using business practices from the 1970s. Everything is on paper, they don’t take credit cards , PayPal, Zelle, debit cards. They are disorganized and difficult to communicate with, and unless you live there in town, expect a difficult Customer service experience. They were slow to get back to me on email, would not work with me on payment methods, and were standoffish and rude when I first entered the building. In the end, I had to cancel my months of planning with them because they refused to take a credit card payment even though I offered to pay the extra fee that they incur for such a payment. This is a professional, family-operated, high quality, custom cabinet shop in Albany, Ga. There is a reason they have been in business so long. Our kitchen was worn out, outdated, too small and needed an upgrade. Paul Dunn showed up with a smile, measured our space, his daughter Whitney patiently helped us dream about the best options and drew up our plans (that changed multiple times.) Paul built it all from scratch in their on-site shop, adjusted quickly to last minutes tweaks we requested after install and we have been very, very happy! So glad we went with D&D.
